My 4000 pesos South Cebu adventure
On a search for crystal clear waters, numerous waterfalls, hikes, and white sand beaches?
If you want to experience all of these in one go.. You might consider going to South Cebu. Im not talking about the Queen City of the South, I'm talking about the island itself.
In the bottom part of Cebu Island, you will find different nature attractions that will make you go wow! From different white sand beaches, interacting with whales, to jumping 20ft. Waterfalls. Indeed South Cebu is the place to be!
A lot of my friends and also strangers have been messaging me asking my South Cebu itinerary. So without further ado.. Here it is.

Day 1

Arrival in Cebu South Bus Terminal
1030am
Ride bus going to Oslob (tell conductor to drop off in front of
whale shark watching area) P150

Arrival Oslob (check in at MB Sunrise View Resort P1200 for 2Pax)
3pm
Sumilon Island tour (coordinate with the resort for the tour package)
P1500 boat rental good for 5 persons
330pm
Arrival Sumilon Island (the island has a sand bar where u can take photos)
entrance fee P50
430pm
Tumalog Falls- Baluarte tour (Coordinate with the resort for the tour package) Tumalog falls is the curtain like falls in South Cebu and Baluarte is where the Spanish ruins are. P250 habal-habal rent with driver
630pm
Dinner at Baluarte (before going back to the resort ask manong habal-habal driver to take you to the inasal place in the town proper of Oslob near Baluarte ruins) P75 of sulit bbq madness

Arrival back at the resort

Enroute to Badian Kawasan falls (try to deal with other travellers to rent a multicab going Badian) P200 per person (the more the people you go with in renting the multicab the lesser you'll pay)

Arrival at Badian (tell manong driver to drop you off at the entrance of Kawasan falls)
1230pm
Canyoneering Adventure (contact this person 09264468563 Ricky Nomo for the package he is a resident there and is a credible tour guide) P900 per person inclusive of canyoneering tools (tip is to eat a lot before the adventure because its a challenging 4 hours of trekking)

Enroute to Cebu city (there are buses in the entrance of the Kawasan Falls every 30min.) P126 non-aircon bus to Cebu City

Arrival at Cebu City (check in hotel)
Day 3

Temple of Leah (from Cebu City go to JY Square Mall in Lahug.. habal-habal drivers are staying there..deal them with the best cheap price to have u tour around Temple of Leah and Tops) P250 per person inclusive of Temple of Leah and Tops

Enroute to Tops P100 entrance fee

Back to Cebu City
